Chris Pellegrino – Owner
MS, RSCC, CSCS, PES, CES, FMS, Certified Precision Nutrition Coach
Chris Pellegrino has a Master Degree in Exercise Science with concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. He has been Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2013. He has been in the industry for over 5 years and currently is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Potomac High School Boys Basketball program which have won 3 district championships, 2 Regional championships and one state championship, since his time there. He currently trains other High Schools and organizations as well as a trainer and a consultant for basketball (Colonial Forge High School, King George High School, Patriot High School, Stafford Orange AAU program, Harris Stowe State University).

Chris’s clients have gone on to College to play basketball and other sports as well, colleges and universities are as follows: Wichita State University (Basketball), University of Pittsburgh (Basketball), University of North Carolina (Basketball) Mt. Saint Mary’s (Basketball), Shenadoah University (Basketball), Barton College (Basketball), Millersville (Basketball), Catholic University (Basketball), Virginia Wesleyan University (Basketball), Christopher Newport University (Football), University of North Carolina (Track). He also trains Dryland for the Stingray swim team (USA swimming).
Becoming a Better Coach
He continues to work at the YMCA as the Wellness Manager and as a personal trainer and runs the H.E.A.T program which stands for High Energetic Athletic Training. Chris continues to learn as much as he can to be a better coach. He also holds certifications as a Performance Enhancement specialist and Corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He also is certified through Functional Movement Systems as a level 1 trainer. Chris also has been married for over 16 years and has a 12 year old daughter.
